<\/strong><br \/>\n          <strong>Rastlinska prehrana je zelo zdrava, vendar jo je treba tudi dobro na\u010drtovati. Na\u0161 jedilnik mora vsebovati sadje, zelenjavo, ore\u0161\u010dke, semena, alge, stro\u010dnice in \u017eita, da dobimo vsa potrebna hranila.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae4ec98 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ae4ec98\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d16078d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d16078d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-212afeb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"212afeb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\n            <strong>Kje je razlika med hi\u0161nim ljubljen\u010dkom in hrano?<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Pred ve\u010d kot 20 leti sem se zaradi so\u010dutja do \u017eivali odlo\u010dil za vegetarijansko prehrano. Vedela sem za krutost, ki se dogaja v mle\u010dni industriji, vendar nekako nisem imela dovolj mo\u010di, da bi se odpovedala mle\u010dnim izdelkom. Zdelo se mi je preve\u010d zapleteno.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Kasneje pa smo zaradi sinove alergije pre\u0161li na rastlinski na\u010din \u017eivljenja. Njegove zdravstvene te\u017eave so izginile in od takrat naprej sem bil vegan. Danes se mi zdi rastlinska prehrana zelo preprosta, prakti\u010dna in polna raznovrstnosti. Poleg tega je razlog za <strong>onesna\u017eevanje zraka, zemlje in vode, izsekavanje gozdov<\/strong>, da bi pridobili ve\u010d prostora za rast rastlin, namenjenih za prehrano \u017eivali.<\/p>\n<p>Statisti\u010dni podatki ka\u017eejo, da se ve\u010d kot tretjina svetovnih pridelkov uporablja za govedo. Teoreti\u010dno bi lahko s tak\u0161no koli\u010dino pridelkov nahranili veliko ve\u010d ljudi, kot bi jih lahko nahranili s hrano, pridelano iz \u017eivine. S prehodom na veganski na\u010din \u017eivljenja porabimo manj energije, vode, pesticidov in antibiotikov. Preprosto, \u010de bomo vegani, bomo manj obremenjevali Zemljo. O tem so razpravljali <strong>Pitagora<\/strong>, <strong>Sokrat, Platon<\/strong> itd. V zgodovini vedno najdemo ljudi, ki zagovarjajo pravice \u017eivali in spodbujajo druge, da o tem razmi\u0161ljajo. <strong>Da Vinci, Tolstoj, Dostojevski, Tesla, Einstein, Gandi, prerok Mohamed, Buda<\/strong> so le nekatere od znanih zgodovinskih osebnosti, ki niso jedli \u017eivali.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Zakaj mislimo, da imamo vi\u0161jo moralno vrednoto, ki upravi\u010duje na\u0161e ravnanje z \u017eivalmi?  <strong>V \u010dem se ljudje razlikujemo od \u017eivali, da z njimi ravnamo tako kruto?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Da, razlikujemo se od \u017eivali, razlikujemo se celo po spolu, rasi, vendar so te razlike nepomembne, ko gre za to, ali si nekdo zaslu\u017ei \u017eivljenje in svobodo ali ne.<\/p>\n<p>Veliko ljudi se odlo\u010di za veganski na\u010din \u017eivljenja zaradi <strong>osnovnih eti\u010dnih na\u010del<\/strong> in <strong>spo\u0161tovanja do vseh \u017eivih bitij<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-277b6fa e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"277b6fa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0d4f92 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b0d4f92\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1d7c68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d1d7c68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">Trpljenje \u017eivali<\/strong><\/h2>\nVegani se izogibajo vsemu, kar je povezano z izkori\u0161\u010danjem \u017eivali. Mle\u010dni izdelki se ne u\u017eivajo, ker se v mle\u010dni industriji teleta odvzamejo materam, da se jih lahko ve\u010d doji za proizvodnjo. Teleta (\u010de so mo\u0161kega spola) se po\u0161ljejo v nadaljnjo proizvodnjo mesa. \u010ce je tele samica, ostane v mle\u010dni industriji in po ve\u010d letih intenzivnega izkori\u0161\u010danja jo bodo ubili.\n\n\n\n<strong>\u017divali imajo enake ob\u010dutke in naravne potrebe kot na\u0161i hi\u0161ni ljubljen\u010dki<\/strong>. To dejstvo lahko potrdijo tisti, ki imajo doma\u010de \u017eivali. Vsi si \u017eelimo svobode, ljubezni in dobrega po\u010dutja. Meso vsebuje nekaj vlaknin in veliko beljakovin, zato prebavila ne potrebujejo veliko \u010dasa za absorpcijo hranil. Zato imajo rastlinojede \u017eivali dolgo tanko \u010drevo in debelo \u010drevo. <strong>\u010clove\u0161ko \u010drevo je dalj\u0161e kot pri mesojedih \u017eivalih <\/strong>, zato meso, ki ga pojemo, dolgo ostane v \u010drevesju. Posledica tega je, da meso, ki gnije v nas, ustvarja strupe. Ti strupi povzro\u010dajo raka in druge bolezni. Poleg tega se pove\u010da obremenitev jeter, katerih naloga je izlo\u010danje strupa. To lahko povzro\u010di cirozo jeter ali raka na jetrih.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u010ce se odpovemo mesu in mleku, imamo \u0161tevilne pomembne prednosti. Vegani u\u017eivajo ve\u010d sadja in zelenjave, zato <strong>je tveganje za debelost precej manj\u0161e<\/strong>. Veganska prehrana <strong>lahko zmanj\u0161a tveganje za mo\u017egansko kap in sr\u010dni infarkt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dobro na\u010drtovana rastlinska prehrana je zdrava in izpolnjuje vse prehranske potrebe na\u0161ega telesa. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bda.uk.com\/\">Britansko dieteti\u010dno zdru\u017eenje<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatright.org\/\">Ameri\u0161ka akademija za prehrano in dietetiko <\/a>priznavata, da je <strong>primerna za vsako starost in \u017eivljenjsko obdobje<\/strong>. Nekatere \u0161tudije so pokazale povezavo med vegansko prehrano in <strong>ni\u017ejim krvnim tlakom, ni\u017ejim holesterolom, manj\u0161im tveganjem za bolezni srca, sladkorno boleznijo tipa 2 in nekaterimi vrstami raka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<h2>\n            <strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">Lakota v svetu<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h2>\n<p>Nekateri nutricionisti in ekologi so izra\u010dunali, da lakote ne bi bilo, \u010de bi hrano, namenjeno za rejo goveda, namenili ljudem.  <strong>\u010ce bi bili vsi ljudje vegani, bi bilo hrane ve\u010d kot dovolj za vse.<\/strong>  Pridelek, ki se uporablja za proizvodnjo mesa.  <strong>za enega mesojedca<\/strong>  zadostuje za hranjenje  <strong>20 veganov<\/strong>! Poleg tega z enim hektarjem zemlje za govedo dobimo 66 kg mesnih beljakovin. V primerjavi s tem, \u010de enako povr\u0161ino uporabimo za pridelavo soje, dobimo 1868 kg beljakovin, kar je 28-krat ve\u010d!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>V zadnjih 50 letih se je svetovna proizvodnja mesa pove\u010dala za petkrat in ta trend se \u0161e pove\u010duje, saj se na milijone hektarjev zemlje v dr\u017eavah tretjega sveta uporablja izklju\u010dno za proizvodnjo \u017eivalske hrane, ki se uporablja v Evropi. Pribli\u017eno 80 % otrok, ki trpijo zaradi lakote, \u017eivi v dr\u017eavah, ki dejansko proizvajajo prese\u017eke hrane, vendar ve\u010dinoma v obliki \u017eivalske hrane. Sprejetje veganske prehrane je v boju proti podnebnim spremembam \u0161e u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e od zamenjave &#8220;zelenega&#8221; avtomobila. \u010ce samo ena oseba preneha jesti meso, se sprosti dovolj zemlje, da lahko nahrani 20 drugih ljudi. \u010ce bi le 10 % Ameri\u010danov sprejelo tak\u0161no prehrano, bi se sprostilo <strong>12 milijonov ton pridelkov <\/strong>za prehrano ljudi, <strong>kar bi zadostovalo za prehrano 60 milijonov ljudi, ki<\/strong> vsako leto umrejo zaradi lakote.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Biti vegan ne pomeni, da ste bolj inteligentni ali verni, da ste bolj\u0161i &#8230; ni treba skrbeti za okolje ali da imate radi \u017eivali. Pomeni le, da se ne strinjate z nepotrebnim mu\u010denjem in izkori\u0161\u010danjem bitja ter da vam je mar za vsako \u017eivo bitje.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Razmislimo, kaj lahko storimo, ne zatiskajmo si o\u010di. Lahko odpremo svoja srca in um, izstopimo iz obmo\u010dja udobja svojih navad in naredimo nekaj, da spremenimo ta trend. To ni lahko, vendar je \u010dudovit ob\u010dutek, ko naredi\u0161 nekaj za za\u0161\u010dito nemo\u010dnih, nedol\u017enih in \u010dute\u010dih bitij.
