LINIJA.<\/strong><br \/>\n            <strong>  \u010clovekov imunski sistem je prva obrambna linija pred napadi \u0161kodljivih organizmov od zunaj (bakterij, virusov, glivic, parazitov itd.). Na\u0161 logi\u010dni cilj je ohraniti \u010dim mo\u010dnej\u0161o obrambno linijo \u010dim dlje.<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>V\u010dasih lahko zdravila ubla\u017eijo simptome, vendar je intenzivnost vpliva virusa na na\u0161 organizem med drugim odvisna od tega, kako ohranjamo svoje zdravje in s tem svojo odpornost.<\/p>\n<h2>\n            <strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">Kako deluje?<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h2>\n<p>Celice na\u0161ega imunskega sistema so nenehno aktivne in si prizadevajo uni\u010diti vsiljivce. Odpornost \u010dloveka na zunanje vplive je odvisna od prirojene in pridobljene imunosti. Medtem ko je na\u0161a prirojena imunost biolo\u0161ko podedovana in je aktivna od rojstva, pridobljeno imunost pridobivamo vse \u017eivljenje. Krepimo ga tako, da ga izpostavljamo \u0161kodljivim organizmom, telo se odzove in ustvari vse, kar potrebuje za obrambo, in tako postanemo odporni. Splo\u0161no mnenje je, da smo \u017ee vse \u017eivljenje odporni na viruse.<\/p>\n<p>Imunski sistem se pri vsakem posamezniku razlikuje in nanj vplivajo razli\u010dne stvari. Tako lahko re\u010demo, da so genetika, spol, starost ali prehrana prav tako pomembni dejavniki kot stres, telesna vadba, koli\u010dina spanca, prebolele oku\u017ebe itd. Na splo\u0161no je to na\u010din \u017eivljenja, saj na mnoge od teh stvari lahko vplivamo sami.<\/p>\n<h2>\n            <strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">Kako se za\u0161\u010dititi?<br \/>Tukaj je nekaj predlogov:<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h2>\n<p>\n            <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bitewithzest.com\/media\/uploads\/2021\/04\/24\/v_immune_system-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"102\" height=\"102\">\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">1. VNOS VITAMINOV IN MINERALOV<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Da bi imunski sistem pravilno deloval, potrebuje posebna hranila. To pomeni, da so dolo\u010deni elementi iz narave pomembni za razvoj dolo\u010denih funkcij na\u0161ega telesa. Najpomembnej\u0161i od teh elementov so vitamini in minerali, ki neposredno krepijo odpornost, kot so vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin D, selen, cink in drugi.<\/p>\n<p>Vir vitaminov in mineralov so rastline, ki jih zau\u017eijemo. PREHRANA<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Ali ste vedeli, da v \u010dlove\u0161kem telesu \u017eivi na milijarde mikroorganizmov? Vsota vseh mikrobov in mikroorganizmov v \u010drevesju se imenuje \u010drevesna mikrobiota ali \u010drevesna flora in je del mikrobioma celotnega \u010dlove\u0161kega organizma. Njihovi geni imajo 150-krat ve\u010d genov kot celoten \u010dlove\u0161ki organizem. Na imunski sistem neposredno vpliva raznolika \u010drevesna flora, katere prebivalci se na eni strani borijo proti vsiljivcem, na drugi strani pa razvijajo nekak\u0161no simbiozo s koristnimi bakterijami. Ta odnos med bakterijami in \u010dlove\u0161kimi celicami je zelo pomemben, saj se kar 70-80 % imunskih celic nahaja v \u010drevesju, kjer se medsebojno usklajujejo in podpirajo. Gotovo je nekaj na tem, ko pravijo, da zdravje izvira iz \u010drevesja.<\/p>\n<p>Ko je ravnovesje bakterij v mikrobioti pravilno (15 % koristnih, 5 % \u0161kodljivih in 80 % nevtralnih bakterij), se imenuje eubioza. Takrat se dobro po\u010dutimo, imunski sistem je mo\u010dan in smo zdravi.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce \u017eelimo okrepiti imunski sistem, prepre\u010diti prehlad, vnetje grla, gripo, alergije in druge bolezni, moramo okrepiti \u010drevesje. Nato je priporo\u010dljivo dodati bakterijske kulture v obliki dodatka. REST<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Da bi se na\u0161e telo dobro regeneriralo in pripravilo na vse izzive naslednjega dne, moramo imeti dovolj po\u010ditka. Spanje je eden najpomembnej\u0161ih virov energije. Preve\u010d in premalo spanja imata lahko nasprotni u\u010dinek, zato je v povpre\u010dju treba spati od 7 do 8 ur na no\u010d, vendar vsak od nas najbolje ve, koliko spanja potrebuje.<\/p>\n<p>Med spanjem se aktivirajo procesi obnavljanja celic in nekak\u0161na ponastavitev, ki jo resni\u010dno potrebujemo za delovanje avtonomnega \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema. Na\u0161e telo je ogromen mehanizem, v katerem poteka komunikacija z razli\u010dnimi tokovi teko\u010din, kot so kri, limfa, cerebrospinalna teko\u010dina, slina do same vsebine na\u0161ih organov.<\/p>\n<p>Voda spodbuja izlo\u010danje toksinov iz telesa in prepre\u010duje dehidracijo. Alkohol in kofein pospe\u0161ujeta izlo\u010danje vode iz telesa in slabita absorpcijo hranilnih snovi, zato se je dobro izogibati alkoholu in kofeinskim pija\u010dam, \u010de se po\u010dutimo utrujene ali na robu bolezni. V vsakem primeru je mla\u010dna voda bolj\u0161a za organizem, saj telesu ni treba porabljati energije za njeno segrevanje. MEDITACIJA<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Aristotel je \u017ee davno ugotovil, da sta zdravo telo in zdrav duh na dolo\u010den na\u010din povezana. Za zdravje telesa je potrebno dolo\u010deno ravnovesje vitaminov, mineralov, beljakovin in drugih hranilnih snovi, pomembno pa je ohranjati tudi ravnovesje uma, ki ga hranijo na\u0161e misli in \u010dustva.<\/p>\n<p>Znanstveno je dokazano, da meditacija izbolj\u0161uje delovanje srca, zni\u017euje visok krvni tlak, krepi odpornost, pa tudi izlo\u010danje hormonov sre\u010de, bla\u017ei depresijo, odpravlja stres, pomaga dose\u010di popoln mir, ustvarjalnost, pospe\u0161uje u\u010denje in spomin. Meditativno stanje vzpostavlja nove nevronske povezave v mo\u017eganih.<\/p>\n<p>Lahko re\u010demo, da je to stanje zavestne prisotnosti brez misli in \u010dustev v danem trenutku. Za doseganje tega stanja obstajajo razli\u010dne tehnike.<\/p>\n<p>Redna meditacija spo\u010dije um skoraj tako kot spanje, le za kratek \u010das.<\/p>\n<p>Izberimo slog meditacije, ki nam najbolj ustreza, naj bo to molitev ali kak\u0161na druga vrsta povezave z na\u0161o resni\u010dno naravo.<\/p>\n<p>\n            <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bitewithzest.com\/media\/uploads\/2021\/04\/24\/v_immune_system-09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"112\" height=\"112\">\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">7. SMEH<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Okoli nas je veliko stvari, ki nas osre\u010dujejo in za katere smo lahko hvale\u017eni. Spro\u0161\u010den in hvale\u017een um je razlog za nasmeh, ki je v na\u0161i naravi. Pravijo, da bi se morali vsak dan vsaj desetkrat nasmejati, saj je v tem preprostem dejanju toliko prednosti. Raziskave so potrdile, da smeh zmanj\u0161uje krvni tlak in stres, krepi mi\u0161i\u010dni tonus in delovanje imunskega sistema s pove\u010danjem ravni protivnetnih limfocitov T, interferona gama in limfocitov B, celic, ki so odgovorne za obrambne mehanizme, ki jih posredujejo protitelesa. Smeh je tudi spro\u017eilec spro\u0161\u010danja endorfinov, naravnih snovi za laj\u0161anje bole\u010din, pa tudi serotonina, hormona sre\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Ker smeh ni dober le za obvladovanje stresa, ampak tudi za ohranjanje zdravja mo\u017eganov, se ne pozabite \u010dim ve\u010d smejati, tudi umetno
