RUTINA.  <\/strong><br \/>\n            <strong>Ali ste vedeli, da so zobna gniloba in bolezni parodonta med najpogostej\u0161imi boleznimi na svetu? Ajurveda ima uspe\u0161ne strategije za optimalno nego zob, dlesni in ustne votline ter ohranjanje njihovega zdravja.<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Povedali vam bomo, zakaj je ajurvedska ustna higiena veliko ve\u010d kot le \u010di\u0161\u010denje zob in kaj strokovnjaki ajurvede priporo\u010dajo, da zobne obloge, slab zadah, zobna gniloba in gingivitis sploh ne postanejo te\u017eava.<\/p>\n<p>Lepi, negovani zobje pomenijo vitalnost in privla\u010dnost. Nasmejijo nas, poskrbijo za dobro po\u010dutje in so pomembne za prebavo, saj nam pomagajo pri \u017eve\u010denju hrane.<\/p>\n<p>Temeljito <strong>umivanje zob <\/strong>je eden prvih korakov ajurvedske jutranje rutine in predpogoj za ohranjanje zdravih zob. Ajurveda priporo\u010da umivanje zob zjutraj in zve\u010der, vendar, zanimivo, ne nujno po vsakem obroku, da bi prepre\u010dili odstranjevanje naravne sklenine in &#8220;dobrih&#8221; bakterij. Vendar ajurveda priporo\u010da, da si po jedi usta sperete s <strong>\u010disto vodo<\/strong>, za osve\u017eitev ust in sve\u017e zadah pa priporo\u010da tudi <strong>uporabo nekaterih za\u010dimb,<\/strong> kot so koroma\u010d, sezam ali kardamom.<\/p>\n<p>Za zdravo ustno votlino je treba vsak dan upo\u0161tevati tri klju\u010dne korake:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010di\u0161\u010denje jezika<\/strong>, <strong>\u010di\u0161\u010denje z oljem<\/strong> in<strong> obi\u010dajno \u0161\u010detkanje zob<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\n            <strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">1. Jutranje \u010di\u0161\u010denje jezika<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bitewithzest.com\/media\/uploads\/2021\/05\/01\/2-tooth_cleaner_iCMlOWv.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"173\" height=\"173\">Pri govorjenju, oku\u0161anju ali prebavljanju je na\u0161 ob\u010dutljivi jezik dragoceno orodje. To je zadosten razlog, da mu namenite ve\u010d pozornosti. Ker: Pono\u010di se na jeziku nabirajo toksini in odpadne snovi ali ama (glej opombe). Pri nekaterih ljudeh to privede celo do neprijetnega, opaznega in vidnega premaza. Te obloge se v\u010dasih pojavijo zaradi prebavnih motenj. Glede na \u0161tudije lahko z rednim \u010di\u0161\u010denjem jezika dokazano zmanj\u0161amo obloge in poskrbimo za opazno \u010dist jezik.<\/p>\n<p>V ajurvedi ima \u010di\u0161\u010denje jezika zjutraj s <strong>\u010distilom za jezik<\/strong> (Jivha nirlekhan) tiso\u010dletno tradicijo. Metoda je preprosta in u\u010dinkovita, kar potrjujejo tudi nadaljnje \u0161tudije: \u0160tudija v Torontu je pokazala, da \u010di\u0161\u010denje jezika zmanj\u0161uje izpuste plinov in slab zadah za pribli\u017eno 75 %, medtem ko obi\u010dajno \u010di\u0161\u010denje zob to dose\u017ee le za pribli\u017eno 25 %. Mehansko odstranjevanje mikroorganizmov ima zato klju\u010dno vlogo v boju proti slabemu zadahu. Poleg tega lahko tako kot \u0161\u010detkanje zob pomaga zmanj\u0161ati individualno tveganje za nastanek zobne gnilobe in okrepiti zdravje zob, navaja Zdru\u017eenje zdravnikov obveznega zdravstvenega zavarovanja Severno Porenje.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cistilec jezika mora biti izdelan iz nerjavnega jekla ali, \u010de je mogo\u010de, iz srebra ali posrebrenega jekla. Prednost slednjega je, da ima tudi u\u010dinek zaviranja bakterij. Plastika je manj primerna, saj bi se ob redni uporabi lahko sprostila mikroplastika, ki lahko prodre globlje v telo in zmoti floro jezika.<\/p>\n<p>V nobenem primeru si jezika ne smete \u010distiti z <strong>zobno \u0161\u010detko<\/strong>, saj lahko po\u0161kodujete ob\u010dutljive okusne papile na jeziku.<\/p>\n<h3>\n            <strong>\u010ci\u0161\u010denje jezika &#8211; hitro in enostavno<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cistilec jezika z obema rokama primite za konca in ga dr\u017eite vodoravno.<\/li>\n<li>Lok polo\u017eite na dno jezika in ga nekajkrat ne\u017eno povlecite \u010dez jezik od zadaj proti spredaj.<\/li>\n<li>Izperite usta z malo vode in sperite \u010distilec jezika pod teko\u010do vodo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 style=\"color: #00acb3;\">\n            <strong>2. Gandusha &#8211; intenzivno \u010di\u0161\u010denje z oljem<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h2>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bitewithzest.com\/media\/uploads\/2021\/05\/01\/1-coconut_oil_OiQPLCM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"174\" height=\"174\">Najpomembnej\u0161a osnova za \u010di\u0161\u010denje olja<\/strong>: Oljno \u010di\u0161\u010denje vedno izvajajte na prazen \u017eelodec, tj. preden si zjutraj umijete zobe in ko ste si o\u010distili jezik. Najbolje je, \u010de \u0161e niste ni\u010desar pili &#8211; to pomeni, da morate po\u010dakati tudi s prvo dnevno kavo ali \u010dajem.<\/p>\n<h3>\n            <strong>\u010ci\u0161\u010denje z oljem<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>V usta vzemite pribli\u017eno <strong>eno do dve \u010dajni \u017eli\u010dki <\/strong>izbranega rastlinskega olja, ki ga nato premikate tako, da ga vle\u010dete skozi zobe, izpirate, \u017eve\u010dite in sesate.<\/li>\n<li>V najbolj\u0161em primeru naj olje ostane v ustih <strong>15 do 20<\/strong> minut, vendar ga nikoli ne pogoltnite, saj bi sicer pogoltnili toksine, vezane v olju. \u010ce sprva ne morete zdr\u017eati 20 minut, za\u010dnite z vle\u010denjem olja za 5-10 minut. \u010ce ste \u017ee nekajkrat uporabili ajurvedsko metodo, boste hitro opazili, da se lahko spoprijateljite z oljem, ki ostane v ustih dlje \u010dasa.<\/li>\n<li>Po izvleku <strong>olja izpljunite olje <\/strong>. Opazili boste, da je neko\u010d bistro olje postalo mle\u010dno in morda potemnelo. To ka\u017ee, da je obdelava olja dejansko u\u010dinkovito vezala onesna\u017eevala.<\/li>\n<li>Nato <strong>si<\/strong> temeljito <strong>izperite usta<\/strong> s \u010disto mla\u010dno vodo &#8211; najbolje v ve\u010d prehodih, da v celoti odstranite ostanke olja in \u0161kodljivih snovi, ki jih vsebuje, iz ustne votline.<\/li>\n<li>Po izpiranju ust lahko<strong> zobe umivate<\/strong> kot obi\u010dajno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ob vsakodnevni uporabi je u\u010dinek opazen po pribli\u017eno \u0161tirih do petih dneh: zobje so \u010distej\u0161i, bolj gladki in na splo\u0161no bolj zdravi. \u010ce ne \u017eelite trajno, ampak ve\u010dkrat na leto <strong>kot razstrupljevalno kuro<\/strong>, je primerno obdobje od 10 do 20 dni, v katerem zjutraj opravite \u010di\u0161\u010denje z oljem.<\/p>\n<h2>\n            <strong style=\"color: #00acb3;\">3. Umivanje zob<\/strong><br \/>\n          <\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bitewithzest.com\/media\/uploads\/2021\/05\/01\/3-tooth_brush_Mk4bqkh.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"175\" height=\"175\">Ko ste si o\u010distili jezik in iz njega potegnili olje, si zobe umijte kot obi\u010dajno. Najbolje bi bilo, \u010de bi uporabljali posebno <strong>ajurvedsko zobno pasto<\/strong>, saj vsebuje visoko koncentrirana zeli\u0161\u010da in eteri\u010dna olja.<\/p>\n<p>Vklju\u010dite to odli\u010dno jutranjo rutino v svoje \u017eivljenje in va\u0161i zobje bodo zdravi in sre\u010dni
