Danes lahko najdemo veliko izbiro veganskih izdelkov, od pa\u0161tet, burgerjev do peciva, ki ne vsebujejo \u017eivalskih sestavin. Kljub temu jih ne pri\u0161tevamo med zdrave izdelke. Pri rastlinski prehrani je pomembno u\u017eivati ore\u0161\u010dke in semena. Seveda jih ne smemo u\u017eivati kot prigrizek v velikih koli\u010dinah, saj imajo visoko energijsko vrednost. Tako lahko hitro prese\u017eemo koli\u010dino energije, ki jo oseba potrebuje za ves dan. Semena ali ore\u0161\u010dki ne smejo biti osnova obroka, temve\u010d jih morajo obogatiti.<\/p>\n<p>Prav tako ne smete pretiravati s tofujem, seitanom, tempehom ali rastlinskimi mle\u010dnimi nadomestki. Dovolj je, \u010de jih u\u017eivate enkrat ali dvakrat na teden kot dodatek k obrokom. Zau\u017eiti je treba zadostno koli\u010dino hranilnih snovi iz sadja, zelenjave, \u017eit, stro\u010dnic, semen in ore\u0161\u010dkov.
