Sometimes when seasons are changing, we do not know how to get dressed. Beginning of autumn can be tricky what to dress. Sometimes we are surprised by the weather and our nose can quickly start running. Then it's time for the shot.

Only fresh ingredients and juicer are required. If you do not have a juicer, ginger shot can also be made in a blender. Just add all the ingredients to the high-powered blender and mix until it becomes a smooth gravy. Then strain the mixture through a strainer and gauze and you will get squeezed juice.

Preparation is quick and the effect of fighting the cold is unbeaten. Try it!

Pomegranate apple ginger immunity shot

Apple, lemon, pomegranate and ginger. Great combination in the fight against colds. And you can consume it on a daily basis. Stay healthy and happy!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g organic ginger with peel

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • ½ apple

  • 1 pomegranate, peeled and cleaned

Preparation:

  1. Wash, peel, clean and chop the ingredients.

  2. Put them through the juicer.

  3. Start with softer ingredients (lemon, pomegranate) and finish with harder ingredients (ginger, apple).

  4. Drink :)
