Smoothie breakfast recipes are perfect for busy mornings. When you are preparing for work and meanwhile you are preparing your child for something healthy to start the day. You will all get a morning dose of vitamins, and you will be on time.

Most kids really enjoy smoothies. This is an easy way to get plenty of fruits and / or vegetables into your body at the beginning of the day. Smoothies are also very filling if we add oatmeal, buckwheat porridge or something similar. This time we added puffy quinoa. We also added fresh young spinach, which is great for the immune system and metabolism - it is an anti-inflammatory agent.

Spinach is one of the few foods with vitamin K that is important for healthy bones. It also contains a lot of vitamins C and E, which have an antioxidant effect and help prevent diseases associated with oxidative stress.

Kaki is a fruit popular in Asia, also know as Persimmon or Sharon Fruit. It is a very healthy food as it contains a lot of vitamins (C, B1, B2, B6), minerals (potassium, magnesium, copper and phosphorus), fiber, pectin and tannins, and on the other hand it is low in fat and protein.

Quinoa is a flowering plant in the amaranth family. The seeds are rich in protein, dietary fiber, B vitamins, and dietary minerals in amounts greater than in many grains. Puffed quinoa is crispy, nutritious cereal made from 100% quinoa. It is crunchy in texture and ideal for snacking, or for both baking and cooking applications.

Mix all together in a delicious smoothie and start a day :)

Those who like a little spicy stuff can add ginger powder for good digestion. Turmeric powder will work well for cleansing the blood and liver.
