Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.

The nutrient composition of oats is well-balanced. They are a good source of carbs and fiber, including the powerful fiber beta-glucan. They are very high in many vitamins and minerals.

Preparation time depends on what kind of oats you have. For super quick and easy recipe, I usually use roughly chopped oats.

Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. Beside this oatmeal is very filling. It may help you to lose weight by making you feel more full. Oats are definitely part of the healthy diet.
