Green quiches with vegan feta cheese

The combination of green spinach leaves and dill with vegan feta cheese gives an irresistible taste. They are definitely a healthy meal and full of protein. You can also serve them with some sauce or vegetables. Small muffins will delight the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml water

  • 150 g chickpea flour

  • 130 g spinach, finely chopped

  • 100g peas

  • 30 g dill, finely chopped

  • 50 g vegan feta, diced

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

  2. Finely chop the spinach and dill in a food processor.

  3. In. bowl whisk together all the ingredients.

  4. Pour the mixture into muffin tin (approximately 12 quiches).

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until quiches are browned.

  6. It is best to eat them fresh and you can keep them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
