Due to its composition, hazelnut is an excellent tool that has a beneficial effect on the complete cardiovascular system. Experts advise that it be consumed fresh. According to many nutritionists, a moderate intake of hazelnuts is desirable, up to 30 grams on a daily basis.

  • 500 g hazelnuts

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Place the hazelnuts on baking paper (reusable) and bake.
  3. After 10 minutes, stir them and bake for another 8 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself.
  4. Place the roasted hazelnuts in a kitchen towel for a few minutes. Gently press the cloth to drop the hazelnut membrane.
  5. Keep cleaned and cooled hazelnuts in a glass jar.
